Looks like issue with overlapping tw buff from previous season then.
Did 1 with existing buff - 1 count.
Did 1 with no buff for first time - 1 count.
Did 1 with no buff for second time - no result.

kudos to those getting it. shame i didnt. at least doable without paywall so far.
never fucking bothered much with this tw clown show in general.
