Locked XP cant join with non Locked XP?

EDIT: **** Can still queue for TW, I kept joining and leaving till my full team ended up with the same queue pop, Still cant end up in same specific dungeon though ****

Apologies if wrong place to post, I tied this morning to queue specific MoP dungeon with my Non Locked XP account (and 3 trial accounts) and then on 11 Fury warrior, queued the same dungeon but they do not get into the same group, eventually message pops up asking I want to broaden my search as there are no other payers to join my queue, ( happens on both teams )

This literally worked perfectly fine about 9 - 12 hours ago, I levelled my other account character up to 43. However today its a no go, even had the trial account toon queue in case it was a level restriction, which it shouldnt be, and still not able to get them in the same dungeon. Tried leaving Chromie time, chosing another expansion and all and its the same result.

Did Blizz maybe deploy a little hotfix to stop the twink boosting?

Could not get it to sync doing it via 4 party inc levelling characters and 1 twink in a separate and all queue at same time - and hope to sync the popping queues. Could not get the pop at the same time - was working fine the other day - maybe it was just luck. But as soon as you no-xp the timer drags on that character.

So went back to the old method thats noted on here prior
