Ciren was referring to the FC. The mindless tools in this bracket worship blanket statements such as "don't prebubble it gives debuff" because they're too damn stupid to realize it's situational and if you wait till they're attacked to bubble then you aren't casting penance or heal that second. Ciren deals with same stuff I have a bunch of clueless kids trying to tell a vet how to play while they're too stupid to grasp nuances like that. Obviously if there's other healers or other team has purgebots then you take a different approach like I said situational so grow some body hair and get your first GF before people tell others what they're doing wrong
