With all the stuff going down in Russia at the moment i am yet again reminded how disgusting creatures humans (if they can even be called that) can be.

Personally i'm supporting everything that has to do with boycotting Russian stuff and the winter olympics 2014.

I wanted to share this to everyone who may not know this is going on and and urge them to share it as much as possible aswell, as this is just *shakes head*.....

Russian activists do not want to see a boycott of the Olympics 2014, simply because they'll be blamed/aimed at even harder than they are right now.

During Pride in Sweden several clubs stopped selling Russian-made vodka, and the exact same thing went there.*

My point is that it's important that local activists always should be consultet with before taking actions such as these.

*The vodka was mainly made by private owned companies, whom had no official connection with the government.

If you're all-in for the boycotte, I'd suggest putting pressure on your country's energy purchases instead; the Russian oil is their most important export product.

This post caught my eye, lets use some common sense and get realistic.

Instead of boycotting those nice things like vodka, cigarettes, start bocoytting those simple things we all enjoy in life.

Like 40% of energy/gas in Europe comes from those russkies. They supply the whole Europe with like 40% gasoline...so instead of boycotting bubble gum, pull the plug on the heater when it gets cold or turn off the electricity.. also stop using that car( I know you all walk and ride bikes every there but im generally speaking.

There is nothing you can do about it, let them sort their own skeletons in the closet, in this case the gays. You know I used to be just like you 4-5 years ago worrying about whats going on all over the world. Guess what? Don't let that shit get to you, it will start bugging you and get into your head. Then you start worrying about nothing,

tl;dr Who are you or me to decide? Its up to those people up there, not up to us. If it isn't a war or a nuclear attack, then don't worry about it

It's rather disgusting what other humans have done to each other.... I mean that post was recently linked to me and within that description the crimes against these youths are dreadful. Those victimizers should be charged by the UN. I most certainly will not be watching the Winter Olympics, even though I'm a fan of those sports in particular.
