EU LF Someone with high level on fairly dead server

as title says , I need a favour to phase to a fairly dead realm on EU.
IDK if it works by a DK inviting a level 100+?
I imagine my char would have to be lower level?

there are no more dead servers.
there are only different shards based on warmode on / off.
only rp realms separated from rest and 95% of them high populated.
