It's doesnt work anymore. Blizz nerfed those kinds of macros.

If you got the person targeted or focus'd I use



#showtooltip [nostealth] Blind; [stealth] Sap

/cast [target=focus, exists, harm, nostealth] Blind;

/cast [target=focus, exists, harm, stealth] Sap



If you want a spamming macro like say rogue vs rogue your bolth stealthed you can use this



#showtooltip sap

/cleartarget

/targetenemy

/cast sap
