Try out Firefall. It's an awesome game.

Instanced PvP is temporarily shut down while they try to balance it out (at least they put effort unlike Blizz). There's Open World PvP in certain areas, which don't get in the way of PvE. So, it's not like you'll get ganked right off the bat.
