What are the best Food Buffs Elixirs and Potions for a F2P

+6 stam/spirit (bonus for pandarrrs)

alchemy gives the best potion/elixir buffs - fort and giant usually.

Darkmoon fishing gives some potions as well.

I am sure there is a guide somewhere around these parts...
