Maybe I been gone too long from the game … but do I need to be on a certain time warp or something in order (Alliance can travel to Zuldazar on The Golden Skipper from the Echo Isles ) I’m having a really hard time getting over there to the zone . Any help would be great

There are probably a few routes but as Alliance I've used the boat from Booty Bay to Ratchet, then swim to that waypoint (/way #463 70.6 38.2 Mith'aka). It's the troll starting zone but the guy at the dock doesn't attack.

you don't need any timewalking, just taking the boat

Make sure you're on BFA time, elsewise you may not even see the boat. Also, if I recall, if you have the Legion intro quest in your log it can interfere with the boat's visibilty.

Thank you all I made it over . And thanks for this post it helped unfortunately didn’t find any better weapons than item level 33 for my level 10 does anyone have suggestions on where to get epic ones ilvl 59 I believe

WoD epic procs on dungeon loot, or any Dungeon-Quest reward can proc epic up to the maximum for your level.

These level 84 drops fill all but head, neck, shoulder and chest slots. They have a chance to proc a socket and/or tertiaries, and have a 100% drop rate on the first kill (for the right class). No drops after that.

Drop-rate, size of loot table, class-specific (or not), farmable (or not) and probably other factors vary across the expansions and the type of rare.

e.g Apexis Crystal rares (

) in WoD are farmable, but the others are a one-off, 100% drop rate and not class-specific (if I remember correctly).

In DF, https://www.wowhead.com/item=200210/amnesia from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=193214/forgotten-creation seems to be a 100% drop rate, but https://www.wowhead.com/item=200446/crystalized-sigil isn't with https://www.wowhead.com/npc=197009/liskheszaera having the highest drop rate

It's still how I would get gear for a new character and a chance of socketed cloak, wrist, rings etc

Yes, since TWW & the gear rebalancing.
BFA 'rares' are still a 1-shot at the loot, as well as Legion & WoD named 'Rares'.
Apexis, SL & DF Rares may be hit once a day for a chance at loot, & in the case of the former 2, may also proc upgraded tarts & a gemslot.
