Well, if you want to base off of main stream gearing, use int trinks instead of haste, use woodworking gloves with + 16 SP, use Seal of Argas.

Get skinning, pve loom shoulders, either 4 stats or 100 mana on chest, 16sp glove enchant and one or two int trinkets. Enchant your weapon.
