Level 10 worgens?

Hey guys, I've noticed that they patched the escaping Gilneas glitch. Is there any way to still make level 10 worgens, like the way you can make level 10 goblins? Or is the quest chain too large?

This is false. There is a way that you can finish the starting zone before lvl 10. Don't use any boas. and always kill the lowest level creatures possible dont kill any more than you need to. Try and do it while dead and in a party with a firiend. There are multiple ways it just takes a while sometimes to get it right.

Btw, once you do the quests up to the boat you don't have to do that last quest to get out. You can be summoned, or picked up by flying mount etc.
