I know I should use the leather bracers and belt but apart from that what should I change ? Ty....oh and I normally use haste trinkets

black magic weapon enchant, dread pirate ring, arena grand master are what i can think of right now

Just change the chest enchant to a heavy borean armor kit and have your higher level apply it, or use the exceptional mana enchant if you try and heal yourself and oom quick idk if you do or not so that's a suggestion ;p

Imo haste > every other stats @ 10. Especially for ele shams. So I'd say 10 haste to gloves and 8 haste to bracers. Perhaps windsong/hurrican/black magic to weapon, also colossus i really good for duels and PvP. And maybe Blurred Speed (5 agi and minor speed) to boots for more utility. And then ofc, profs

Haste > all when you have the mana to use it, if you're ele and don't have that chest enchant for the extra like 800 mana or w\e then you mine as well not use haste or even be ele lol.
