level 10 covenants

I'm currently doing the bastion intro story questline or starting it at least. Is it possible to get a covenant ability at level 10?\

okay so after doing the entire bastion story line i was able to get the maldraxian ability. i don't know yet if you can switch covenants after doing the entire story for SL but i'll update this post as i go along

You only have them in the SL zones / dungeons.

You never get to choose a covenant, the questing stops right before.

I've done almost every main quest and it won't let you pick a covenant because you can't fully complete the quest line. The last few quests in revendreth are meant for lvl 60s. You only get abilities depending on the area. But you won't be able to pick a covenant or do torghast. Unless someone here knows how to loot lvl 60 mobs as a level 10.
