legion remix ---> quick 107 herald gear

I was testing out what level you had to transfer from remix to get a set of 107 gear or closest without going over (hopefully 106, or probably not much of a find).
I tested 27 first.

It was too high, but not by much.
My guess is it's level 24 or 25, based on where I was at.

Maybe this is already known but that was my round 1 test anyway. Will probably try a lvl 24 in the next few days unless someone else already knows

Ha, that's an interesting thought. I missed the era when you could really cheese this. Oh well.

So getting <=107 gear is obviouisly useful but I wonder if you don't end up missing something that is better from a quest or farm that will now be too high level to farm?

i accidentally overleveled with a chunky quest from 23 right past 24 just a smidge into 25 on my next test; the gear was lvl 110, so i am guessing that i was correct and level 24 xfer gear is either 106 or 107 on the dot. i may come back if i remember when i get some more playtime in a week or so.
