EU+US Legion PTR PVP: Consumables? Racials? Chance on hit?

Can anyone on the Legion PTR confirm whether or not: Consumables are usable in pvp, Racials are still usable in pvp, or if weapon chance on hit effects ie Shadowfang shadowbolt procs or Blackvenom Blade poison procs still occur in pvp?

I have heard mixed things and some speculation, but am hoping for sure answers. Thanks
