So I'm trying to get my Mark of the Hidden Satry neck entchant on my F2P lock.
Does anyone know if they changed the chance of epic proccs for crafting? I crafted about 250 bracers and not a single one procced. Atm i got 5 Chaos Crystals all from quest upgrades and one rnd boe (ilvl 28 leather chest). If anyone has an idea how to get Chaos Crystalls please help
