EU+US Legendary farm

So with 7.2 coming out presumably in the next 1-2 months, I was wondering what the best way to farm them is. Does normal dungeons have a chance to drop them?

So far I do:
Blingtron 6k
World Boss
Normal dungeon spam(NL)

Is there anything I've missed that could up the chance for a drop? I've heard the world treasures can contain them as well, but not sure if it's worth the time. What's the most time efficient way of farming legendaries? I know in level 110, the more difficult content, the bigger the chance to drop. But seeing as raids/m+ are locked out for us, what are the best ways of getting them?

They can drop from Dungeons?

I've done more than 530 dungeons with my shaman, but if they drop in Dungeons i'll rush dungeons over and over

I'm mostly going from that website, but I'm not sure if that applies to normal dungeons, which is what I'm asking. So far the only confirmed sub 110 legendary drops have been from World Bosses and world treasure.

The 2 legendaries I got on my 110 were from random battlegrounds. Maybe that is an option too. But I have never seen someone below 110 to get a legendary except here on the forums. But I think that with 7.2 they will add all type of sources for players below 110 so that some can wear their legendary while leveling. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense to decrease the requirement for all legendaries down to 101.
