last patch added new TW vendor

i noticed this dragonling with a glowing gold aura, showed vendor on mouse over, sells tmogs, had me wondering how did i miss this last time?

That's a MoP Remix NPC, selling MoP Remix stuff. I've collected literally everything there, yet Nostwin has some source IDs I don't have (with the same names as IDs that I do). Awkward.

yes one of the MOP remix vendors reused as a NPC in TW, but what is offered now during TW is not what it sold during MOP remix.
