Lads and Ladesses, does the regen aspect of Runeblade of Rivendare stack if you dual wield it?

Regardless of whether it stacks (I don't know), the healing amount is so negligible on a warrior as to not even be worth it. It's worth it on a Ret Paladin because it scales with spellpower and therefore heals for a significant amount. It's kind of like how https://www.wowhead.com/item=11920/wraith-scythe is worth running on an enhancement shaman and a WW monk, but not at all on a rogue or DW surv hunter.

Potential replacement options for Sul'Thraze (which is probably still going to be pretty decent) will include:
https://www.wowhead.com/item=2801/blade-of-hanna&bonus=4258
https://www.wowhead.com/item=17766/princess-theradras-scepter&bonus=4023
https://www.wowhead.com/item=11809/flame-wrath&bonus=3999
https://www.wowhead.com/item=13393/malowns-slam&bonus=4056

And others. But yeah, as a warrior, you'd want to run Riv just for the movement speed bonus, because the healing is almost not even noticeable.

Or the other option is to run dual scaled Destiny =P

but in all honesty, i will probably run for my Warrior = Princess + Destiny or Dual Princess or Malowns + Princess if i cant get a hold of Destiny.

Nice suggestions, thank you. With the vers I have on my war, the runeblade passive is approx equivalent to a bloodthirst heal every 5 secs. It's considerable, especially when you factor in that the weapon gives 18 of a secondary stat, which the others you mentioned mostly lack. I prioritise my survival much more highly than say the 500 dmg proc of theradras mace.

I guess that a different play style, but for me i think of it this way. the nerf effects our damage, not our survival.

Our self healing is still as rediculous as it is but if you dont have the proc damage from the weapons to kill the healer, then whats the point of surviving? perhaps if you just want to keep them off the flag but thats a different matter.

What this nerf hurts us is the damage department, not the survival and since our damage has been nerfed from Sul, i think we do need the extra procs from different weapons to still do as much damage. For me, when i am fighting 1 v 2 3 4 or 5, the way i live is not really from the passive healing, it is from the victory ruch heal i get , and you have to land the kiling blow to get victory ruch.

i run with 20% Haste, i have the 2x bloodthirst during enrage, which is more than enough self heal in a moment of hurt and sustain+ potions + banner + leap away + necklace but all these is to sustain me to just stay alive so i kill 1 morr person to proc the victory rush.

TLDR. Currently i do run Sul + Baron because i have more than enough damage with sul procs, my opionion after the sul nerf, we might need to drop the Baron to get 2x proc weapons to cover for Sul nerf.

Just my opinion. just food for thought.

A very legit and respectable opinion. I mostly solo q so the sustain is that bit more important for me. When I check Skada, Sul is generally 8-10% of my damage. When I am already out-damaging player#2 by 200-500% every game, I can take the dmg hit. If you like, the only thing stopping me dual wielding Runeblade has been how OP the Sul proc is. Because you can switch weapons in combat, I'll probably just use some macros to bounce between dual Runeblade/wormwood /theradras, depending on my hp and the pressure I'm experiencing that game/fight.

Wouldn't The Jackhammer or Destiny be a contender aswell.
I've never seen a jackhammer scaled to be useful in 49s, plus it's among the rarest weapons in the whole game. And everyone knows about Destiny, so I didn't see much point in linking it, because it's not so much a matter of knowing about it but rather of obtaining it.
