I searched up Tenshin's achievements and saw that he had explored both regions (BfA content), are F2Ps able to get BfA achievements? How do we get there?

I've seen some pure f2ps get BFA shit like dueler's tabard and the achievements and stuff, I think the method that's used to get to these zones is pretty gatekept considering we know that Blizzard doesn't want Legion accounts there.
