Yeah but what i ment was that someone said they looted it in Big Crate of Salvage which would mean it cant upgrade.

That was like 4 or 5 years ago mate. Those crates are not a thing since legion prepatch.

Look at the drop rate. Pretty safe to say its gone. Also I dont think I have seen a single unique from outside Elwynn/Westfall brought back.

I think the fact that blizzard made Elwynn and Westfall first is the thing that has made these things happen. Where things got brought back. but there is also some from STV that's brought back. So it might be wrong. You also have the Sword and Pants from the rare in STV that just have a very low droprate.
