Keep getting killed by Plague of Ages...???

Since patch it seems any time i'm either doing too much healing or dps i'm getting practically one shot by plague of ages and a lot of times its coming from my own Pug mates... Anyone had this happen or know how to avoid this? It was not happening before patch and only ha[[ens in the Cata dungeons

i noticed this too, keeps insta killing me on that one dungeon this week. focus the plague doctor mobs first i guess.
