Just started playing again, faster/better for twinking? Time warped vs Warforge?

Which one should I be more focused on getting for my lvl 20 twink? Also is it possible to solo TBC dungeons and any guides on how to do that? Just getting back into the game and trying to figure out the best and fastest way to get my toons geared up

I would focus on Timewarped gear just because it's time-gated and won't always be accessible - you can always farm WF gear later. That's not to say you should be skipping Outland loot and quest rewards, but I wouldn't be wasting time grinding out epics and tertiaries until I had acquired every piece of TW or Anniversary Event gear first.

Better is an opinion ofcourse.
But the general consensus is ilvl 30 gear with sockets is better than ilvl 60 TW gear.
The exception to this being weapons.

Always good to keep timewalking gear (even if it's not BiS) in the bank because who knows what sort of dumb ilvl/stat squish BS blizzard is gonna do next xpac because they don't know how to properly solve endgame powercreep without destroying low lvl content.

Kind of went on a tangent but yeah collect what TW gear you can for now. Some items are definitely BiS but collect for the sake of potential GFd BiS some day.
