EU+US Just a little info for the people who didnt already know.

I havent really seen any post about this so i just to confirm the "can you still get white items as lvl 1 in chests?" since the white items scale to level 4 if it drops from a mob and the answer is yes! you can still get the level 1 version, i just looted this fine scimitar from a chest. Not much info but i might aswell take my chance and post this.
