On the 4th of july we had access to festive mugs. A consumable that is similar to potion of slowfall. The mug has more than one charge and in previous xpacs lasted longer than the holiday.
Well turns out blizz must of fixed the new festive mugs. I stocked up with 5 full mugs and put them in the bank. To my surprise they are now gone .....BUT the mug i had for years, is still stuck at 0 sec duration.
Check if you still have your festive mug, if so then you are one of the lucky ones.
Let it be a lesson, any item you get on a twink, keep it because you never know what blizz will do
