Is Twinking Bannable Now?

Been reading a lot of horror stories of twink accounts getting banned, I don't want to get banned but want to make a twink for Nostolgia purposes and running TimeWalking fast for fun - Not to boost - For fun! And to enjoy Bgs sometimes. Why is Blizz banning these twinks? Lets have a discussion about it...

We already have. Here's 4 threads all about the same thing, many of them several pages long. I found them in 2 minutes typing the word "bannable" into the search function.
