Is this item rare/Useful/Valuable?

I found a https://www.wowhead.com/item=3011/feathered-headdress&bonus=3642 on a server and bought it for a few gold. The one I have is req level 19. It has 6 agility and 6 vers. Not the best stats I think compared to the goggles but it's one of the few other helms I have found for a leather wearer at 19 and I was wondering how rare this is, Wowhead says it drops from a level 62 rare.

Not particularly. It has a pretty high drop rate (Around 77%) off a relatively easy to farm rare mob.

Thanks, was wondering just because I wasn't sure if a level 19 could kill the mob for it to drop at that level. Unless another higher level player was in the group or something.

Yeah, the mob scales down to the level of other mobs in Alterac.

I know Wowhead just lists him as a 62, though.

It's nice for glass cannon if you can't afford engineering.

I have it on my rogue and its not better than engineer goggles because of the vers on the goggles
