Is this item Rare/Useful? Dokebi hat lvl 16.

Picked one up on the AH. It's lvl 16 req Ilvl 19, stats are:

5 Armor
8 Agility/Int
4 Crit
3 vers

I know most people use the goggles, with a ton of vers but other than that, the Boa leather helm only gives haste and not crit. Wasn't sure if there are any other leather head slot items available at this level and if it could be useful for a certain setup on a Rogue? Or if it could be obtained at a higher level like 19 instead of the level 16 version I have. Apparently it drops from lvl 33 maradun mobs. The lowest mob to drop it is a lvl 27 mob in the southern barrens, with a 0.01 percent drop chance.

not useful cuz engi way better, think less about stat variety and more about stat amount

vers really good, stam really good, so having a lot of both is really really good. yeah no agi/crit on engi goggs isn't great but the raw amount of stats you get makes it super bis

black widow band is really strong on a lot of casters for the same reason. only has 1 stat but gives a lot of it and it's a good stat, so it is generally considered bis by most for multiple specs

Apparently it comes in a lvl 19 version so the one I came across wasn't even the best version of it.

Feathered Headdress is also a decent substitution if you're looking for options outside that of the engi goggles.
