Working on a new Ret Paladin and I stumbled across this earlier today...

Is there seriously no level req on this? Am I able to make that at 39?

Requires 390 Engineering. You can only get 300.

Lvl 50 gnome is earlyest

rest can get it on lvl 65

Ohh, that's right... I forgot there are level reqs for professions >_<
