Oh you mean gems, not sockets.

all of them.

Well, ok, not all of them. Many require certain levels. But every stat combination is available. Just some weird shit like you might have to go with epics from certain xpacs but the blues require lvl 35 for some weird reason. But if you want a certain stat combination, you can find it.

You get +1 gems in thrallmar (BC) as horde, alli i don't know. and some +2 at your garrison lvl2 jewelcrafting (WOD).
