Is feral viable?

I'm thinking about jumping into 20's after all these years. How is feral right now in PvP and in general(Or are most druids just expected to play resto?). I might make myself a 20 druid and give it a shot.

Just came back after a while and saw that TBC socket gear is making a comeback. Love to see it

Feral is viable but resto basically hits twice as hard in cat form so no real reason to play feral.
