Is 16 spell power gloves bugged?

Ok so i was just checking a few things on my new druid and i noticed that when i was using 10 haste gloves I had 85 spell power and when i changed to 16 spell power gloves I only had 99 which is 2 spell power lower then it should be.









with haste gloves (85 spell power)









16 spell power only grants 14 ??



Now either there is a cap on spell power at 1-10 or im just clueless about caster twinks (which i am )



note.. i dont actually play with my UI so huge, i just scaled it up so it was easier to read

its only 14 , the number it says when you get it chanted as well as the number that you see in the enchanting inventory is bugged. it only awards 14 :'(

16 SP is bugged on live right now, but on 3.1 it correctly gives you 16 SP
