Ironfoe farm possible?

Hello, relatively new to the 20s. Still in the process of completing one.
I realize the ironfoe is slightly obsolete right now and is more likely pointless to farm.
With that being said, pulling up the dungeon guide it says the mace requires level 22?
However, I saw a level 20 armory with it equiped.

Is this only equippable in bg's? (I believe you scale up to 29?)
Or can you no longer get the item? Just curious. Any info would be appreciated.

I think this is solely a tooltip bug. I have helped a friend farm this item only a month or two ago, and it scaled to level 20 for him. I actually saw him with one equipped so I know for sure you can, or at least could.

it's a lil bit of a pain to clear to boss but ya you can get it. tank specs can solo for both legacy loot drops. be aware it's not like it was in vanilla where special attacks could be duplicated. its now the same as thrash blade and only dupes white hits. i've heard it debated it's thusly worthwhile only for mebbe rogues since fast white atk speed and whites a lotta their totdmg.
