I know it doesn't drop - I meant plans. The problem with WoWHead drops is they are not set for MoP, they are a record of ages so for many of the mobs listed there, it does not appear in their loot tables.

There must be a reasonable way of getting it seeing as so many people in my guild do (unfortunately they are inactive)

Sadly it's nearly impossible to farm, you're better off paying someone a crapload of gold for it.
