Influx of RBGers on Horde | Residual Ban Issues

Quick update on the bracket!

If you don't pay attention to the Battleground forums (you should), an Orc Shaman named Relaxing has appeared. He claims to be bringing a squad of RBGers to Hordeside. That's awesome! He is actively inquiring about banned consumables/specs, so let's welcome them to the bracket and get them in TeamSpeak!

This is why dual faction toons are so important! Alliance has struggled the past couple of game nights. Let's gauge games carefully and switch sides as needed. Your participation in this effort is appreciated!!!

On a more bitter note, there are a few twinks who've decided that quality-enhancing rules don't apply to them. bigmoran is that something you would like to discuss? Livingforce has made it clear that "rules are rules", and failure to abide by the community established creed will result in banishment from 39 Twink Cup. Are you not a key-person in the planning of that endeavor?

Jamesbqt welcome to the bracket! I like that you're willing to try out WW. I think you will it's recent buffs particularly helpful in FoFing a squad of Alliance. However I didn't appreciate the threat that when(if, by the grace of Blizzard) the bracket grows, that enforcement will be impossible, and you may very well go back to using a broken ability. So please, I hope you do find our bracket to fit your needs, and that you will grow to appreciate our initiatives to better the bracket.

Happy Labor Day weekend everyone. 'Murica

Nothing to fear, many of GSC will me making toons on both factions to balance the imbalance, lets keep this bracket nice and strong :)

Can't w8 for 39 twink cup shall be so fun.

I think it might be worth discussing, but Shouldn't they have been asked to go Alliance?

Yo, first up i'd hardley call a casual 1700 group of friends "RBGers".

Also what's with these rules? From the outside looking in they seem to be over the top, it's pugs, rules have no place there outside of Blizzard's ToS. Anyone I've talked to about it feels the same.

Edit: I would say though that i'm not at all against those players joining the bracket and it's completely positive, activity is always great. I just felt like it was HoTA/HoTH players and that's something to be excited about.

If everyone you've talked to is against community rules that improve the quality of pugs for all those involved, then I suppose you only know selfish douchebags that don't give a fuck about anyone else playing in that limited-size twink community. Honestly, I feel sorry for you and hope you get better friends.

They are pugs, they aren't meant to be completely serious. The rules take it too far and punish people for simply playing.

they arent there to ruin your fun. theyre there to promote healthy, fun, competitive gameplay. whys that so hard to understand

you are the minority if you think that people will continue playing if ferals and bms with guard run rampant in pubs/pugs. The bracket grows because people see the enjoyment in pub/pug play then they get into premade play. Use that thing on your neck you call a head.

Would have been fantastic if they had gone alliance. The last few game nights haven't been too competitive and consequently not all that fun in my eyes. Going to need to make a concerted effort to balance both sides in the long run.

Artonkn You shouldn't be ignored. But by now, the why-we-need-to-fix-Blizzards-game discussion is over. You can disagree with the premise, but past experience requires the feral/guard ban. If EU revival opts not to ban and is successful in the long term, great.

Those on the fence with the bracket:
Don't be. 39 & geared before Saturday. Check Wargame streams [1] [2]
Sincerely
