Inflated Item Level

Hey, I just want to know if inflated item level still works by using 2x The Rock + Talisman of true treasure tracking?

I was so angry in the first 1-2 days when I realised the "ItemLevel" thingy is removed from BGs. But now Im more happy than the "Survival Huntard"`s days. BM huntard rlz now with all Versatility items. Im killing everything like flyes now, back then in Legion I killed them like chicken. Its a bit easier now. Thanks to Versatility stat.
