Inactive Twink Brackets Forums

I don't think the 40-49, 50-59, 80-89, and 90-99 twink brackets need their own forums. I think a "Other Levels" or something forum should be used for those brackets.

90-99 is far more active than 60-69 and 30-39

In terms of in-game activity, yes. It is the most active twink bracket in WoW. However, the 90-99 bracket has far less activity on twinking websites such as TI and Xpoff.
