In which bracket does Disc excel the most

I'm leveling a disc priest, twinking as I go. What is the best level at which to stop at and call home?
I'm unashamedly looking for the bracket in which disc is most OP this expansion in terms of battlegrounds. I won't be joining premades as I find them dull and one sided, I'm happy to be on the losing side but enjoy having an impact on the result.

Like others said, you pretty much chose an OP class + Spec. And it's been OP for a good while, and not gonna not be anytime soon.

disc isnt getting nerfed IMO, pvp balancing is based around 3v3 and theyre subpar compared to rshams and rdruids

expect some MW buffs in the future though
