Have you not experienced the raids in Cataclysm like myself, because something else was more interesting or you have done all raids but would love to do them again with a good challenge. Are you one who wants to progress from Blackwing Descent to Dragon Soul. We will of course farm Heroics like crazy to begin with so all who need to gear down are in the right gear or some who needs to gear up. This is mainly a PVE guild since raiding is our goal, but PVP is always an interest. There will be old raids for those who wants to make Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros and so on even Shadowmourne, some fun raids we could call it and yes the Cataclysm Legendaries will be a goal aswell for our Casters and our Rogues aswell.

We are not a social guild we are a dedicated 10/25 man raiding guild in Cataclysm..... You can carry on reading if your interested otherwise find a social guild.
Since its a 10 man raiding the guild will be small so its not a get to guild level 25 fast as possible guild. The main thing is all can get along and it shall be a good guild to be in. We might do 25 man raiding if the guild is popular enough for the fellow wow player but again we keep it small so its not like 100+ members.
What i as Guild Leader expects of you:
Know your class or at least try to be the best by practicing with the guild in HCs or Raids.
Dont join and ask: When do we raid? I kick you out of the guild the moment you have written that (Dont believe me? Be my guest to try it out)
Be friendly towards the people in guild since your going to raid with us and do alot of HCs, use Ventrilo or Skype or what we chooses to use.
There are something i dont tolerate and its racist sayings about other people.
Most of all have fun its the most important thing in this guild.
Classes there are needed at the time being is all. Pick your class you like or just start a new character doesnt matter because there is no pressure, but we close the guild recruiting when there are enough.
Classes we need:
Death Knights: Open
Hunters: Open
Mages: Open
Warlock: Open
Paladin: Closed can be considered open if Holy.
Druids: Open
Shaman: Open
Monks: Closed since no just no
Warriors: Open
Rogue: Closed
Priests: Open both specs
Pandas are allowed. Note there are Trials to each class when its Closed, maybe i havent updated that day, but you could be lucky to get a spot instead of Trial.
No cross realm for Heroics or Raids, its like this you level a character up on Draenor or move your character to the server.
We focus on doing it hardcore which means gearing down to 346/353/359 Itemlvl to gear up through raids and the rightfully Heroics. Epics is always a big concern and thats why i allow it to be as many as you choose but in the range of 346/353/359 with the right enchants and gems.
No MoP gem, enchants or gear in raids aswell the gear in HCs are the gear we raid with. The more we progress the better gear we get.
Why we gear down to gear up you ask?
Answer: We get a much more challenge, if your not up for a challenge i guess find another guild where they raid in MoP gear.
Enchants are 300 itemlvl not 377 it is mop. Ask if your in doubt about gems, enchants before buy or make them yourself.
Looting rules are simple we talk about it before looting with guild. No Ninja looters. Kinda a Loot Counsel.
Yes there will be a Loot Counsel which would be I (Kickasia) and our new officers which will be promoted when i have more to choose from.
Looting rules in HC Dungeons is easy peasy Tank gets his stuff, but if he has better ask our Dps if he has a Off Spec Tanking, simple.
Raiding we will have a bit different of course, since we want all to have equal good gear, so example, a Healing Trinket drops we have a Holy Priest or Holy Paladin who can pass on it so a Druid or Shaman can get it so their healing becomes even better. Why it is like this because since we are going to run 10 man raids loots will be small and easier to get around. I personally wants my Off Tank to be as good a my Main Tank likewise with Dps Melee and Range, and last our lovely Healers.
We are going to use Skype when we raid instead of Ventrilo most members have Skype so thats how its going to be.
