You must be the only person ever to not have a bandit cloak. My shaman has about 5. Keep at it and eventually you'll get it, it took me about 40 runs to get my stamina closk.

That's not unlucky lol.. I had to do around 95 runs to get my stamina cloak

i got both the stamina Belt and Cloak on my first two dungeons good times good times. But that's all i get now, stamina gear. FFS. I want my damn soldier belt and cloak!

When I was on ally side on Elune, a pally in my guild did about 110 or 115 runs until he got his stam cloak.
