Ilvl 44 neck

Hello,

In one of my travels to get the bramble staff on my feral I found out Demidos, who is right next to Bramble rare, drops a ilvl 44 agi/str neck

You can loot it and has not lvl restriction, but when you try to equip it, a "you need lvl 35 to equip this" message appears.. Sorry for the early posting!

How are you still able to equip the lumber jack trinket? didnt they nerf that and it needed a higher lvl requirement?

That's not my character. The link for the neck itself was not working, so I posted a random char who has it.. Maybe later I can post my screenshot and edit that

Is that character like active or something? Have you seen him running around and such? Because wearing the lumber jack trink now wont give stats anymore since it has a lvl requirement, so either he prob stopped playing for awhile, or he just didnt remove it.
More I look into it, same thing applies for the cape, it doesnt work anymore aswell.

does it not strike you as odd that he'll go to the effort to make the thread and talk about his level 10 getting the neck but then posting no proof whatsoever

To make things clear, you can get the old Draenor rare items, they dont have lvl requirement displayed on the items themselves. However, if you tried equipping them, it will prompt that you must be at a higher level to actually wear them. So basically every ilvl40+ draenor rare item cannot be equipped and theyre a thing of the past now. I have added a screen shot of the Draenor items that have been nerfed as an example.
(For the players that have the items currently equipped post nerf, they wont have their status effects applied, and those who got the items post nerf can never wear them.)
