isn't that the BOEs from world map?
I think their level should scaled aswell, that's why you're seeing as required 48, but they dont actually scale in practice, perhaps its a visual bug indeed

The same here? I bought the blade at the AH today. ILvL 128 @ the AH, iLvL 128 @ mailbox, iLvL 140 in my pocket ... ???
