If you've saved a TW dungeon, can you pull another toon into it?

I have a toon in Neltharion's Lair. I'd like to run it with another toon that isn't in the dungeon. Is there a way I can get the second toon in? There's no instance icon to "Teleport to Dungeon". Running to the dungeon doesn't work. That takes you to a separate normal (non-TW) instance.

Is there any way?
