US I'd like to learn more and take part in 29's Twink BGs

I've been interested in twinking for years, and have several geared 29's as well as some 24's...however, I've always ran into the queueing brick wall once I turn XP off. I recently came back to WoW after over a year away, and really want to get back with twinking, started on a new server with a friend of mine who has a few twinks...she's been trying to queue for BGs and no luck. She's in a big guild and has already had several people talk about twinking with her, to the point where she feels like we can pull together a team pretty easily.

So what has to happen that I/we can get in on the action? Who do I need to communicate with in order to know how and when to queue up a team so we can actually enjoy a few hours of BG excitement?

And a question about the new XPac...how will it affect 29's? Will there be complete revamp of the brackets?

Seems like it would be great if we could know that every ____Day at such-and-such o'clock, there'll be some Twink BGs to look forward to. And I'm sure that every one of these questions is already answered somewhere on the forum if I only search it out, I know, I know...but I figure someone may be able to save me the time searching. Thanks.

Queue WSG specifically. Also 2v2 skirmishes pop. Otherwise your queues will be 20+ mins. Queues in WSG specific are 5-15 mins, 2v2 can be instant or 10+ mins.

Time to queue is during the afternoon and evening eastern time, it's active about 8 hours a day, weekends moreso

Queue with as many people as you like, looking forward to seeing you in the games!

But what about actual teams that play each other and are more than just pugs? And okay, Q specifically WSG, which is my favorite BG anyways... ;-) If I pull together a team, even a twink guild (I already started one a few years ago but seemed that no one on my home server of Gnomeregan really showed interest...)
