Hunter Dual Weilding

I have 2 Butcher's with my agil chants on em, as well as Zealot's and Bleeding Crescent with int chants. Obviously with the Butcher's MH/OH doesn't make a difference. But when I have the int weapons equipped which should be where? Keep lolwingclip and Mongoose Bite/Raptor strike in mind. I want to maximize dps when I have to melee as well as spam Wing Clip as much as possible. Sorry I play ranged classes:D but I was told just keep the weapon with higher DPS in MH.

actually if you have to actually melee fight with an other class then you failed as a hunter... unless you just want to lol at them like i usually do or come in a bg w/o ammo (that makes you fail as a hunter too tough lol) But it's as other classes.. put Zealot's main hand and bleeding crescent off-hand. .... and just lol at them once you kill a tiwnk rogue in melee... always funny :p

Hey sometimes those Pally stuns catch you and you don't have a choice.:p

Thanks for the advice!

hehe i know i just mean you normally just jump out of melee range when that happens... disengage is reall helfull :p

With Sokolniki (My 29), I opted for a 2h for bigger Raptor Strike Crits which are likely after adding Savage Strike crit chance bonus. However, because you seem like you are interested in stat sticks... might I suggest you instead use Goblin Sapper Charges for those times you feel you absolutely, positively have to screw someone over who gets in melee with you.

Goblin Sapper Charges are always fun, especially when you get two or more other engineers to pop em near you against a turtle.

ok, [item]Zealot Blade[/item] got the higher dps + the higher topend compared to [item]Bleeding Crescent[/item] and you are really asking which one should be your MH weapon?

seems you and the person that told you about "higher dps -> MH" should read a lil more about game mechanics.

This is only my first twink, can you blame me for rolling something OP? Not to mention my main is an 80 hunter, which I am terribad with. I wanted to go back to basics after facerolling BM to 80.

I'm working on my 39 mage (fire) but thanks for the bashing lol.

i was not bashing you for anything. but you should learn more about game mechanics...thats it.

From what ive noticed I duel weild thornspikes with 15agil to both but once an enemy comes a bit to close and my traps or disengage are on cd, you have a better chance of survival if you carry a 2hander. I swap out two of them on a regular basis both are corpsemakers one has crusader the other lifestealing. Use the crusader til it procs then switch out to lifestealing. Seems like ive started winning more melee battles since this.

Mhm, so you melee as a hunter? Interesting.
