HOW TO: Hiding weapons (Transmogrifier)

So i have done some hard work and shared some nice exploit on how to hidde weapons.
Was looking for some more vulnerabilities in the transmog system when i was recording my screen

I made a video of the 2 most important minutes, i never managed to find out how the glitch occur.
