How to get into Siege of Boralus Under level 50

Noticed some of the gamers on this website had the band of the ancient dredger from SoB. How does one enter SoB while not meeting the level requirement for the dungeon. Once in... how do you reset?

IIRC it is due to this current season using SoB as a mythic+ dungeon rn, once the new season swaps the dungeons around we should be able to go back in

You could never have gotten any scaled item from SoB prior to it becoming a mythic+ dungeon since it was HC mode only back then. The items that lvl20s are wearing from there have dropped during TWW, not before it.
