how to fund a level one twink.

searched the forum a lil bit and couldn't see a topic on how to fund a level 1 twink.



option 1. make a level 1 twink and get skinning/herbalism/mining (any 2 you want for your twink) and sell all the herbs/copper/leather you get on ah in stacks. at 5g roughly a stack for lowbie herbs and such it's a great way to get your cheaper/basic enchants such as 7 stamina to boots. this buffs your twink and gets you gold in the process. (you will need to stick with herbing/mining until you get 10g or follow someone killing skinnable mobs around.. only takes about 2 stacks to turn off exp)



option 2: make a DK and solo some instances or farm some items that sell well.



hope this helps out wannabe level 1 twinks :)
 
No one should get mining on their twink. Also grinding non combat pets, those raptors are easy money. Vermon on my realm has thousands of gold just from this.

But yeah, don't bother trying to make money on a lvl 1 twink, make a DK, i started off making money by farming [ITEM]Essence of Air[/ITEM] in Silithus and selling for 10-25g each, since nobody else farmed them i could sell for high prices, this is the method i used to fund my main twink with multiple sets of gear, but yeah, raptors are good, you just need to go to the raptors every 4-6 hours and see if their there, from my experience, i can now afford a [ITEM]Formal Dangui[/ITEM] and alot more, just by making a DK, no leveling needed, got it to 62 just from farming for [ITEM]Essence of Air[/ITEM] and other crap

Does Ilyona even wear the dangui anymore? Last time I saw her she didn't even wear it. FOrmal Dangui in a bank on a banker, meh.
 
back on topic, you can always go the DK route, but i'd suggest farming cloth. It always sells well, because EVERYONE can use it. I know on the few servers i play on, all cloth goes for decent amounts on the AH. Alternatively, get yur DK to lvl 70 and do dailies in outland (or 80 and dailies in northrend). Dailies = good money.
 
haha questing from 55-80 as a DK would get you enough gold to fund a couple of twinks, but i don't think many would be bothered with leveling a DK :p

Unless you want BoA's, don't bother leveling to 80 to make gold, its not needed, i have made a fair bit over 10kg with my highest lvl char being a lvl 62 DK just by farming whatever I find sells well at the time
