How to bind a boe higher level item?

Hi again,
in order to complete a transmog set i need to know if there is a way to soulbound an higher lvl Boe item, specifically this pair of boots: Mocassins of Verdurous Glooms as a FTP player.

You can't.

What you can try is to get 1 day of gametime from a GM. Make up some unrelated issue. If it works, it works.

You will however need a character that's actually high enough level on the account to equip them of course.

only do this if you're a vet account. pure F2P and this will ruin your toon by leveling you to 30

so, there USED to be a small window where you could bind as soon as it dropped. it was when rolling for loot was still a thing, and it auto-bound whatever you rolled NEED on regardless of its lvl req.
