How much is gloomshroud really worth?

Title says it all. How much is it worth?
 
From my understanding a bid got up above 300$ but I could be wrong about that.
 
The real question is.. why is it fucking valued like Coca Cola's secret recipe? I'd take Hitcap from loom over 1.70% crit any day + Westfall tunic is even better imo cause of the 3+ agi leaving me 6 agi more as sublety.

true that, but why waste 15 agi on pwc when im already hitcapped? I know white hits can be deadly, but srsly hitting 30-40 on everything with resi or mail, tbh PCW should only be used in combat cause of 75% oh buff.

but that's just my opinion

It also increases your chance to proc poisons.
 
Gloomshroud bis check out my rogue guide! Crit is the most valuable stat once your white hits are capped! Increase ambush crit percent and evis percent along with white hits giving more deadly procs plus they hit extremely hard and is op while using SND! Feel free to argue only time i wouldnt use pyrium is versus a high stak fc.
 
Still, gloomshroud is BiS with Pyrium + heirloom mace, and I want to be BiS not fucking one chest away from BiS. And Tunic of westfall is GF'd so I can't get that anyways.

This is my normal setup I run in. In mid pyrium is the best option only time it is insuperior is at high staks when you are trying to burst efc in pretty much an ambush! For that situation, I would use talong of vultros 15 agi and shadowfang oh or boa sword oh with 15 agi! I havw tested damage and using pyrium only makes your hemos about 1-2 dmg lower and evis crits 15-20 and ambush 15-20 less. I would totally take losing that damage for auto white hits.
 
Sorry for triple post but imo gloomshroud should be valued at around 200 USD. There is only a handful unbound US.
